Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the US, is an actress. Following her film debut during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack of actors and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is both an actress as well as an author. Her film debut came through the crime film Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She received a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film where other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. The actress was in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy which followed her first success. John Hughes' film, written by him, is considered to be one of history's greatest high-school films. Even though the budget for this movie was $1 million it has earned more than $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her debut on television. The show was targeted at teens and started in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in which she's appeared. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, in which Sheedy plays a small cameo. Her incredible performances have earned her numerous awards, such as the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
