Felicity is an English actress that gained notoriety for her role as Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones, who has been acting since she was twelve, has appeared in many TV series and movies. Jones made her debut as an actress by appearing in the television film The Treasure Seekers. She then played the role of Ethel Hallow another television show known as The Worst Witch and its sequel Weirdsister College. Her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she played the lead role in), Young Ruth, she went on and acted in various other movies. The most notable of these was The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in particular, she made a name for herself in her performance. Her nomination for an Oscar for the first time due to her role as Stephen's wife Hawking's in The Theory of Everything. Jones her portrayal of Stephen Hawking's wife in this biopic based on the life of Stephen Hawking, was highly praised from both critics and audiences. Inferno is the Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent film. In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles selected Jones for the position of British Artist of The Year for her talent and contributions to the cinema.
