Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou is the youngest of four kids born August 9th, 1976 at Beaumont Puy de Domme. Her parents, a dentist and teacher recognized and backed her love for theater and acting as early as she was a child. This overcame her initial ambition to be a primatologist due to her fascination with monkeys. At the age of a young lady the rise to fame was rapid and marked with initial success. Her career began in earnest at the age of 1999 when she started acting professionally. In the years following her studies, Tautou took part in the French TV show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers. Tautou is a pupil of in the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris in her youth and enrolled in the school at the age of a child but has sworn off her Catholic upbringing. She now claims to be a non-Catholic. Alongside her acting career, Tautou has also been a model and the spokesperson in the advertising campaign for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Additionally, she is a keen passion for photography. She recently produced an exhibition of her work during the Arles Festival under the title Superficial. Her photography is focused on celebrities, fame and the media that scrutinised her after her fame-making debut as Amelie. Additionally, there are several photographs that show her self. Audrey Tautou's global success and fame soared after her role in the film as Amelie Poulain's main woman in Le Fabuleux d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie was a box-office international film that received acclaim at award ceremonies around all over the world. Amelie was the highest-rated film that is French-speak in the US. In the wake of this achievement, Tautou was featured in numerous films from British dramatics like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things to Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Un long dimanche of fiancailles. She then moved to Hollywood under the direction of Ron Howard of the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code with Tom Hanks.
